The Boyfriend and I went on a day date today. We played tourists visiting the Ferry Building and then exploring the piers along the Embarcadero.
Our start was chilly. It took awhile for the fog bank to burn off. In the meantime, we visited the sea lions at Pier 39. I never tire of seeing them.
I filled my belly with my annual sourdough crab sandwich at Fisherman's Grotto and then we embarked on the next part of our adventure.
The BF came up with the idea of doing a stair walk. SF has a lot of stair walks, in fact, I have a book of stairwalks to do in
SF.
The stairwalk he chose was fabulous, affording us incredible views. Well done
Boyfriend!
We walked here and there and always we had a view.
Here we are near North Beach. We also ventured to Coit Tower which was packed with tourists.
A parting shot. We realized we must return for more stair walking adventures and more trips to San Francisco.
