A day of sunshine and warmth after many days of rain, for which we are grateful. Not only are we drought free, but, our parks, this one being Sierra Vista, are wonderfully green.
Time for some exercise, going up and down a windy path. I love this park. When I'm in shape again, I will take the road bike up Sierra Road but meanwhile, I wanted to appreciate the greenery close up.
And it was beautifully green, like Emerald City.
On and on, enjoying the views, sweating up a storm as well.
Pretty. Reminds me that I should get around to biking Mt. Diablo; I'm sure its fields are rich with our state flower.
I didn't see much in the way of wildlife, unless of course we want to count the shirtless runner with the nicely defined abs ... hey, come pinch me on St. Patrick's Day..... Can you tell
The Boyfriend is not around (he's on a business trip to NZ). Spring is just around the corner. Yay.
